Name-only scan: within hours of payment. Full check: 2 business days from when we have all your documents; 24 hours with express. If we miss these, you don't pay. If the report isn't what we described, we'll fix it or refund it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
You confirm the check is about you, that the details you give are true, and that you won't use the service to investigate anyone else. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears to be about a third party, with a full refund.
